Chef Amit has over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry with big names Like Sheraton, University of Sydney.

With huge experience in different cuisines from all across the Globe, Chef Amit loves cooking and eating rich Indian Mughlai food and is passionate about preserving the Authenticity of all his preparation with rich Indian Spices and aroma.

Chef Malhotra has a magical touch and spends most of his time writing recipes and Ideas and integrating these Ideas in his menu at Connaught Place.Some of the recipes by Chef Amit like GOAT NIHARI, KHUMB HARA PIYAAZ, TANDOORI CHOOZA are a huge hit with our guests at Connaught Place.
